As we gear up for the next phase of development, we want to bring you a small update regarding your Backerkit orders.
Order Locking Date: December 20th, 2023
To ensure a smooth and timely progression of our project, we will be locking all Backerkit orders on December 20th, 2023. This means that any adjustments, upgrades, or additional items you wish to include in your order must be finalized before this date. After that date if you need to change something in your order you must contact Sharon via our support email, [email protected], and she’ll help you out.
After carefully considering the feedback from our community, we've decided to extend the billing timeline. We understand that the holiday season can be a busy period, and we want to make sure you can fully enjoy the festivities without any unnecessary stress. By locking orders in December and charging cards in January, we aim to strike a balance that respects your time and financial commitments.
Why Lock Orders in December?
Locking orders in December is crucial for us to move forward with our development schedule effectively. It allows us to finalize production plans and maintain the momentum needed to deliver an outstanding Deep Rock Galactic experience with the major expansions.

All files have been submitted to our print facility and the production is on track. We can’t wait to get the expansions to you in the new year.

Our brand-new game, Battle of Gods, is now live. Choose your favorite Norse champion and engage in fast-paced arena battles with your friends.
Battle of Gods is a duel of champions featuring EPIC 4-inch Sundrop miniatures. Each champion comes with a unique character board, abilities, and cards that can shape your strategy as you strive to become the most glorious champion or the last one standing. The game can be played in both deathmatch and team modes, with rounds lasting 20-30 minutes.
Dice Tower has given the game a seal of excellence, you can check out their review on their Youtube channel.

Major Expansions Update #12

Greetings miners,
We're thrilled to share a key update regarding the survey process and what lies ahead.
Survey Timing: The much-anticipated surveys for the new Deep Rock Galactic expansions are scheduled to be sent out between today and tomorrow Friday of this week. Keep an eye on your inbox for an invitation from Backerkit, which will guide you to your personalized survey page. Please remember to check you spam folder for the invite as well since sometimes the survey can land there by accident.
Survey Completion: Once you receive the email from Backerkit, you'll be able to access your survey and complete it at your convenience. This is your opportunity to add extra items to your order, update your delivery address, and provide your credit card information for the shipping fee.
Survey Deadline: We understand that life can get busy, so we're giving you a generous one-month window to complete your survey. The deadline for survey completion is December 20th. After this period, orders will be locked which means that no changes can be made to the items in your cart. If you need to make a change to your address you can still update that.
Switching pledge levels: After a small test run of surveys we noticed people were requesting assistance to switch between pledge levels. We have now made the changes necessary so that you can switch between pledge levels more easily and either upgrade or downgrade your pledge. To do so just click the invite that Backerkit sent you. Then in the main page before entering the survey you will see an option for that right beneath the “Get Started” button. If you miss this you will also have the option to switch pledge levels in the survey itself, right on the top left side of the screen you will see “ Your pledge level” shown. If you click on that you will be able to switch pledge levels. If you still need assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]
Credit Card Charges: Please be aware that credit cards will be charged in December, specifically later in the month, once all backers have had the chance to fill out their surveys. We want to ensure a smooth and unified process for everyone. If your card is denied for whatever reason, don’t panic. We’ll be able to try a second charge a week later, this gives you plenty of chance to get assistance from your bank if needed or to add funds to the card as well.
Refund Reminder: Please note that refund requests for pledges will only be accepted until today (nov 16th). After today, no further refunds will be possible, as funds will be allocated to propel the manufacturing process forward.If you need assistance with this please send us an email to [email protected]

We hope this message finds you well and brimming with anticipation for what's to come. We have some exciting news to share, as we take our first steps towards delivering the epic adventures you've supported.
Funds Received
We're thrilled to announce that we have successfully received the funds from our Deep Rock Galactic Major Expansions Kickstarter campaign.
If you wish to apply for a refund please remember that according to our FAQs you have time until one month from the date the campaign ended, so the 16th of November, to ask for one. After that no refunds will be made since the money will be moved forward towards production and manufacturing. Just send us an email to [email protected] and we’ll help you out.
Backerkit Survey
The gears are turning, and we're now preparing to roll out the Backerkit survey. We're putting the finishing touches on the survey and anticipate it being ready for distribution next week.
In the survey, you'll be able to customize your rewards, select your preferred add-ons, and provide us with crucial information to ensure that your backer rewards reach you smoothly and efficiently.
Stay Informed
As soon as the survey is ready for deployment, we will notify you through another Kickstarter update. We'll provide detailed instructions on how to access and complete your Backerkit survey, so you won't miss a beat.
Late Pledge Option
For those who may have missed the live campaign or know someone who is eager to join our journey, the late pledge option is still available on Backerkit. The late pledge option will be open until approximately November 25th, so make sure to spread the word to your friends and fellow dwarves who don't want to miss out on the excitement.

Greetings miners!
What an incredible journey it has been! We stand in awe as we pen this update just after the closing bell and more than 10 thousand dwarves have signed up.
We are overwhelmed by the support and enthusiasm you have showered upon us throughout this Kickstarter campaign.
Now it’s time to bring out those pickaxes and deliver on our promises. ROCK AND STONE!
Your role in this journey cannot be overstated. You are the reason the Deep Rock Galactic board game expansions will come to life, enriching the board game experience for all miners out there.
What’s Next?
We are now waiting for the funds to be transferred from Kickstarter to us so we can start production. This process can take everything from 2-5 weeks, depending on the state of the world. When the funds are received everyone will receive an invite to our pledge manager system, hosted by Backerkit. We have used this for the previous campaign, and it works great.
We will post an update when we are sending out invites. In the pledge manager you can upgrade your pledge, select extra add ons and add your delivery address and shipping fee payment.
We will go through all print files again, to make sure we have incorporated all community feedback and checked for errors before hitting the print button. After they are ready we'll send an email with the links like we did last year.
We will keep you updated on every step of the way, sharing insights, previews, and exciting developments. We can’t wait to see you explore the depths of Hoxxes IV with these new expansions.
