Greetings Miners!
We're excited to announce that most initial backer orders have been sent out during August. Here’s a more detailed look into the situation in each warehouse:
United States: All initial backer orders will finish getting sent out during this weekend. Then only a few pre-orders will remain, but we will continue handling those in the following days. Kindly note that orders for the Caribbean and Latin America are also fulfilled from our US warehouse.
Canada: All initial backer orders have been sent out
UK: All initial backer orders have been sent out
EU and other European countries: Please note that due to staffing issues at our European warehouse, we anticipate that all European orders will be shipped by the end of September. We apologize for the delay compared to other regions, but this new date still falls within the original ETA stated in the project of Sept/Oct of 2024.
Norway tax situation: Orders to Norway have been delayed in an attempt to find a solution for orders getting stuck in customs due to taxing issues. We currently do not have a solution for this (working on it), so we will release the orders and have them shipped out as soon as possible. If your order gets taxed once it reaches Norway, please get in touch with us via our support email, send us a picture of your bill for taxes and we will refund the taxes you paid on Backerkit.
Asia: All initial backer orders have been sent out. For more specific information, please refer to VFI's hub page. Please note that New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, and the Middle East are also serviced by our Asia warehouse.
***Note regarding countries outside the EU and in Latin America and the Caribbean: Please remember that MOOD does not take care of customs taxes in these regions. Once the order ships you need to keep an eye on it via your tracking number to make sure once it reaches your country you can get in touch with customs and pay for the proper import tax. Otherwise, after 20-30 days the order will get sent back to us. If this were to happen a re-shipping fee would need to be paid for the order to get sent out again.

We've read and received feedback about card back changes between the 1st and 2nd Editions (causing a mismatch between the 1st Edition base game and the expansions). We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and understand it may be a concern for some of you. We're actively exploring solutions to rectify this issue.

We have uploaded new Rulebooks and Mission books to Board Game Geek for the base game and the expansions to correct some of the elements that you guys pointed out. These are fixes to clarify specific rules and updates to missions.

EXPANSION FULFILMENT AND OUR NEXT PROJECT

Greetings Miners!
We're thrilled to announce that your Deep Rock Galactic expansions are finally underway! We've been hard at work behind the scenes to ensure a smooth shipping process, and we're excited to share the latest updates.
United States: preparations commenced last week and we hope our partners will complete deliveries by the end of August. Kindly note that orders for the Caribbean and Latin America are also fulfilled from our US warehouse.
Canada: Shipments started rolling out last week and will continue to get sent out in batches throughout the month of August. To manage the shipping volume efficiently, all shipping labels will be generated at once. Please don't be alarmed if you receive a "label created" notification. Your package will be on its way shortly!
UK: Orders are getting prepared and will get sent throughout August.
Europe: Expect your expansions to ship throughout of August.
Asia: Orders will be dispatched in batches to various hubs across the region during August. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. For more specific information, please refer to VFI's hub page. Please note that New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, and the Middle East are also serviced by our Asia warehouse.

Now for a fulfillment update on your Deep Rock Galactic Expansion as well as 2nd edition base game orders.
Deep Rock Galactic 2nd edition Base Game:
● US, Canada & Europe: Rock and Stone! 2nd edition Base game orders in these regions have already been dispatched and are heading your way.
● UK, Asia/AU/NZ & Middle East: We're currently packing and shipping the base game orders as quickly as possible, without making mistakes. You'll be blasting bugs with your fellow dwarves in no time!
Deep Rock Galactic Expansions:
Good news! Expansion games have begun arriving at warehouses in:
● Canada
● US
● Germany
● Asia
The UK is the last one where the container has yet not reached the coasts of England. The captain had to battle a few glyphids on the way.
Delivery ETA:
July will be dedicated to logistics and preparation as warehouses will be receiving and organizing the expansions to ensure smooth fulfillment.
If all runs as planned we aim to kick off expansion shipments during August.

We're dropping in with a rock-solid glimpse of the upcoming Deep Rock Galactic expansions.
Prepare to drill deeper with the Biome Expansion:
Unleash the Glyphid Menace: Two entirely new ferocious Glyphid miniatures will have you strategizing like a seasoned Driller. One is the Rammer, the other the Stingtail. Seek cover! The colossal terror himself, the Dreadnought, has arrived.
Explore Uncharted Territories: The Biome expansion comes packed with stunning biome game components, bringing the unique environments of Hoxxes IV to your table. Breathe in the (potentially toxic) air and brace yourself for exciting new adventures, as the environment just got a tad more hostile.
Fortify Your Base with the Space Rig Expansion:
Get info from management: Introducing the detailed Space Rig board, which will serve as a central hub for your mining operations. Here you plan missions, strategize over available currency with the team, and maybe even raise a celebratory mug at the Abyss Bar!
Check out the mighty Drilldozer miniature and other iconic tools as well.
These phenomenal minis and game components are currently tunneling their way to our warehouses. We'll keep you posted on any updates. Until then, sharpen your pickaxes! Hoxxes awaits!

MAJOR EXPANSIONS UPDATE #20

Greetings Miners!
We’ve got some exciting news – the Shipment for the Deep Rock Galactic 2nd edition Base Games begins next week, the second week of June.
Here's a breakdown of estimated delivery times by region:
US & Europe: Expect your game to arrive within 2-3 weeks of shipment.
Latin America: Shipments will start next week alongside the orders from the US. We want to take the opportunity to remind you to keep an eye on your parcel once it’s shipped and you have a tracking number. Remember that we do not take care of custom taxes, so once you see that your game has reached your country, please contact your local postal service so you can pay your taxes and make sure they can deliver the game to your door. Otherwise, customs will retain the package for 20-30 days and then send it back to our warehouse.
Asia: Depending on where you are located, deliveries will reach your local hub by the end of June. Although some regions like Taiwan, Hong Kong and China will receive the games much faster. The local hubs will then handle final delivery to your doorstep.
Middle East & Australia/NZ: Please allow approximately 30 days after shipment for your game to reach your local hub and begin its final journey to you. Local hubs will send tracking numbers once they receive your package.
Canadian Miners, a heads-up! You might receive a notification about your order’s label being created. Fear not! This is just the warehouse prepping everything for a smooth and efficient shipping process. If you see that notification, just hold tight for a few days until the entire batch is released. You'll be tracking your orders in no time! It should still reach you by the end of the month.
In other news, the new Deep Rock expansions have set sail and are currently making their way across the vast oceans to our warehouses. We'll be sharing a sneak peek of what’s inside the boxes with you all very soon!
