Greetings Miners!

We’ve got some exciting news – the Shipment for the Deep Rock Galactic 2nd edition Base Games begins next week, the second week of June.

Here's a breakdown of estimated delivery times by region:

US & Europe: Expect your game to arrive within 2-3 weeks of shipment.

Latin America: Shipments will start next week alongside the orders from the US. We want to take the opportunity to remind you to keep an eye on your parcel once it’s shipped and you have a tracking number. Remember that we do not take care of custom taxes, so once you see that your game has reached your country, please contact your local postal service so you can pay your taxes and make sure they can deliver the game to your door. Otherwise, customs will retain the package for 20-30 days and then send it back to our warehouse.

Asia: Depending on where you are located, deliveries will reach your local hub by the end of June. Although some regions like Taiwan, Hong Kong and China will receive the games much faster. The local hubs will then handle final delivery to your doorstep.

Middle East & Australia/NZ: Please allow approximately 30 days after shipment for your game to reach your local hub and begin its final journey to you. Local hubs will send tracking numbers once they receive your package.

Canadian Miners, a heads-up! You might receive a notification about your order’s label being created. Fear not! This is just the warehouse prepping everything for a smooth and efficient shipping process. If you see that notification, just hold tight for a few days until the entire batch is released. You'll be tracking your orders in no time! It should still reach you by the end of the month.

In other news, the new Deep Rock expansions have set sail and are currently making their way across the vast oceans to our warehouses. We'll be sharing a sneak peek of what’s inside the boxes with you all very soon!

Greetings Miners!

We've got a dose of intel from management! Here's the lowdown:

 Base Games Incoming!

The first wave of base games has just touched down in some of our depots. We’ve prepared a deployment plan: We will be shipping KS AND PRE-ORDER base games together once all the games have arrived at all of our global warehouses. This lets us fulfill backer rewards in the proper order (first backers, then preorders), keeping things efficient for everyone.

Lock In Your Drop Pod Location: Address Confirmation DEADLINE on May 20th!

To make sure your base game and pre-orders land at the right landing pad, we'll be locking down addresses on May 20th. Please double-check your shipping info in the Pledge Manager in the coming days.

Need to adjust your landing coordinates? Make sure it's done before the aforementioned deadline to avoid mission delays. Just contact Sharon at [email protected] and she can update the information for you.

Please note: If your game is shipped to the wrong address due to outdated information, a small reshipment fee may apply.

Additional info regarding each warehouse's particular shipping dates and ETA's will be shared as soon as fulfillment is set to begin.

Greeting miners!

We're thrilled to bring you some fantastic news straight from Hoxxes IV!

The base games are at sea

The wait is nearly over – the Deep Rock Galactic Standard and Deluxe 2nd Edition base games have successfully blasted off from the factory and are now en route to our warehouses around the globe. 

We anticipate deliveries to reach warehouses around late May/early June.  We'll keep you updated on their arrival and provide more precise information on regional delivery dates as soon as it's available.

STL Files Incoming!

The good news doesn't stop there! To further fuel your creativity, we'll soon be sending out an email to every backer that purchased the new expansions’ STL files. A download link for the new files will be provided in the email so you can start crafting! We can't wait to see what amazing things you come up with. The emails will be sent out throughout the week in batches to prevent the website from crashing like it did last time (queue maniacal laughter). So please be on the lookout for the email and be sure to check your spam folder as well. If you don’t see anything by the end of the week please send us an email and Sharon will help you out.

Speaking of amazing things, we're super excited to witness the epic creations born from your ingenuity. Whether it's a work-in-progress sculpt, a freshly printed miniature, or a vibrantly painted masterpiece, we want to see it all! Greeting miners!

The gears are turning, and the production machinery has been uninterrupted from any outside threats! So, let’s jump straight into an update:

Manufacturing Update 

Great news! The Deep Rock Galactic Standard and Deluxe 2nd edition base games have neared production end, and will be picked up from the factory in March.

Everything else from the DRG Expansion Kickstarter is still on track to be delivered to you all for September/October (as per Kickstarter timeline). We’ll keep you updated on arrival at the warehouses, and make sure to share any precise info on delivery dates for your regions.

New Miniatures Showcase

From the Space Rig expansion we want you to feast your eyes on the stunning designs of the Drilldozer, the Ommorann Beamer, the Ommoran Heartstone, and the Morkite Pumpjack. These finely crafted minis will bring a hefty table presence, as you struggle to keep your crew on their feet.

A Board Game Newsletter with a Raffle!

Greeting miners!

We're excited to bring you an update on the progress of our Deep Rock Galactic Biome and Space Rig expansions!

Production Update

We're thrilled to announce that production of the new 2nd editions for both the standard and deluxe versions of the game is well underway. Our team is working tirelessly to ensure that these editions meet the high standards that you've come to expect from Deep Rock Galactic.

Additionally, work on the rest of the expansions is also in progress. However, due to the upcoming Chinese New Year celebrations, there will be a brief pause in production. Nevertheless, rest assured that our team is dedicated to delivering these expansions to you as soon as possible. We will be updating you about more defined fulfillment dates for the expansions in the future but for now we are still looking at delivery happening Sept/Oct of this year.

Early Distribution for First-Time Buyers

We're aiming to get the 2nd edition base game into the hands of our newest players as soon as possible. If you've added a 2nd edition base game to your pledge, you'll receive it before the expansions. This because of the aforementioned pause in production during February for the expansions. We anticipate shipments of the new base games to begin around June/July, we'll keep you updated every step of the way. 

No Extra Charges for Qualifying Backers

To make the process as seamless as possible, qualifying backers won't incur any additional charges for the separate shipment of the expansions. Consider it our way of saying thank you for your support and patience.

Sneak Peek at New Minis

As a special preview, we're excited to showcase some of the new miniatures included in the expansions. Prepare to face off against the formidable Dreadnought, the cunning Neadocyte Breeder, and the relentless Neadocyte Hatchlings. And this is just the beginning—we have more exciting miniatures to reveal in the near future!
